About the Programme
The Communication Analyst Internship provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to support the drafting of internal and external communication. The successful intern will assist in communicating operational updates, product changes, process enhancements, and legislative developments within Discovery Corporate & Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for communication purposes
- Draft professional content for various internal and external communications
- Maintain and update operational forms, templates, and emails
- Manage communication libraries and ensure content is up to date
- Brief marketing content and monitor timelines for delivery
- Organize workload to meet agreed deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- A bachelor’s degree (or currently studying towards one) in Communications or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar communications role will be an advantage
