Polokwane Local Municipality, in collaboration with the National Treasury, is offering a three-year fixed-term contract for unemployed graduates in Property Valuation. Eligible candidates must hold a BSc/Honours in Property Studies, Real Estate, or related fields, be under 35, and reside within the municipality’s jurisdiction. Applications require a stamped proof of residence, certified qualifications, and a driver’s license (advantageous). Submit hand-delivered applications by 31 March 2025.

Polokwane Local Municipality, jointly with the Department of National Treasury, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified unemployed graduates to participates in a three (03) years fixed term contract programme in various disciplines.

Minimum Qualification: Bsc /Honours property Studies/Real Estate Bcom /Honours (Property Valuation and Management)

Requirements

  • Applicant must be unemployed
  • A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a South African citizen in possession of the valid South African Identity document and falling within the jurisdiction of Polokwane Local Municipality.
  • Must be under the age of 35.
  • Academic qualification must be in line with the professional registration requirements of the respective statutory councils.
  • Stamped original proof of residence (Letter from Traditional Local Authority or Municipal utility bill).
